T1DoIT will be notified within 24 hours. Upon receiving a request to know or a request to delete, T1DoIT will confirm receipt within 10 calendar days and explain how the request will be processed.

T1DoIT shall respond within 45 calendar days. If necessary, an additional 45 days may be taken (maximum 90 days), with notice and explanation.
